canvas of psyche and cupid by rebecca lippiatt-long
As Cupid flies to Psyche's room at night, he turns himself invisible so no one can see him fly in through her window. As he slowly approaches, careful not to make a sound, he readies one of his golden arrows. He leans over Psyche while she is asleep and before he can scratch her shoulder with the arrow, she awakens, startling him, for she looks right into his eyes, despite his invisibility. This causes him to scratch himself with his arrow, falling deeply in love with her.
This gorgeous, gallery-wrapped 8x12 canvas of the myth of Psyche and Cupid will arrive at your house, ready to hang. Put a nail in the wall, and sit back and swoon.
Rebecca Lippiatt-Long of Dragonfly Photography has the best job in the world -- photographing families, babies and couples in love. When she's not chasing after her two wild monkey-boys, she's working and/or dreaming of far off lands where she can travel.
